Looking for mature individuals to work in professional artisan bakery:
to serve customers(corporate, walkin, online, events) with pride and care.
opportunity to work from home for planning and paperworks, replying customer enquiries, invoicing, ordering, supplier management, sourcing, social media, strategic marketing etc.
opportunity for executive tasks when more experience about company and products, manage staff scheduling, process improvement, product testing etc.
managing and curating menus for corporates, parties and events with more experience.
embrace operational efficiency, carrying out SOPs, cost effectiveness, productivity improvement and promote sales.
to promote the products and presenting value add information (e.g allergy, dietary requirements).
to deliver service excellence: Provide consultation on products and services to walk-in, online including social media etc and corporate customers.
to develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
checking stock and replenishment.
manage order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
having good product knowledge on bread and pastries (training provided).
Manage mobile apps, POS and laptop applications.
Build relationships with customers.
inspired individuals and serve with a mission heart.
looking for long term working relationship to grow with company.
