Job Description & Requirements
1) Familiar with poultry / frozen / chilled food process and operation.
2) Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process.
3) ssist in operations on ground as and when required. Required fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.
4) The ability to liaise with drivers/customers.
5) Accountable to the Production and Logistic Managers for the performance of their operations and logistic teams.
6) Take note of customers' feedback and complaints and ensure that these feedback or complaints are addressed.
7) Carry out daily tasks according to quality management system and operations procedures in order to meet their
assigned performance.
8) The ability to effectively communicate clearly and effectively with multiple parties
9) Ablility to multi-task.
10) Able to work during weekend and public holiday
