Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding customer service is provided and address our customers' requirements through multiple communication methods within a given timeframe.
• Execute a comprehensive set of operational and collection tasks.
• Responsible for achieving personal (KPIs) and collective objectives, in alignment with the company's service performance metrics.
• Welcome customers cordially, identify their concerns, appointments, or call reasons with a positive demeanor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

From a salary perspective, the role has a basic salary of $6000 - $8000 dependent on your previous physiotherapy experience. The average physiotherapist will receive 3 – 4 months of performance bonus annually. The key focus for this role is to find a successor who really craves the next step in their career in this sector.
