Expected salary (part time): $70-100/day depending on skillset and experience

What are we looking for?

• Singaporeans and PRs
• A friendly personality to say hi to our patients and make them feel at home
• Ideally, we would like you to be bilingual in English and Chinese but even if you're not, we just need you to be able to say Hi, Thank you, and check the safe entry in two languages. (Thank goodness we don't this anymore but just in case regulations change you still need to do it :S) Oh and smile in as many languages as you can.
• Be familiar with using windows. Sorry Mac users, you've gotta make do with us
• Always be willing to learn because you will learn so much here (You will build websites and design our collaterals)
• Ok with working on at least one, if not both weekends. We will try to keep your workdays to 5 a week but if you are willing to work 6 days a week, we will definitely will compensate you accordingly.
• Looking for clinic assistant willing to work at both HarbourFront Centre Branch/Somerset Branch

Job description:

• Say the warmest Hi to our patients to light their day Handle registration and data entry (most patients register on their own through the system so less work for you )
• Learn to use our clinic management system. (Don't worry its easy. We will guide you through it)
  Answer phone calls and whatsapps for enquiries and appointment bookings (patients can book any slot on their own so that is less work for you too)
• Do some clean up after each patient leaves so every patient get a really clean room to enjoy their treatment
• Assist with medicine prescription and preparation
• Collect various forms of payment
• Order supplies
• Check letter box
• Open the clinic and prep the clinic for the day like Snow White does with animals singing along. Just kidding but you can make do with our calming clinic music
• Be Santa's greatest helper to the assistant clinic manager
• Finish closing duties so that you can wrap up and head home to spend time with your family or yourself
• Attend any training if needed
• Update our whatsapp broadcast list
