We are seeking a highly motivated
Product Manager who excels in product management and agile methodologies to join our client team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the agility of development team, ultimately enhancing the delivery of working software.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product strategy and execution while championing agile excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital products, from ideation to delivery and optimization.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to prioritize features and deliver value incrementally.
Champion agile methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective product development.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, promoting agile excellence within the organization.
Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and metrics to inform product decisions and drive optimization efforts.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and policy implications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager (at least 3 yrs of experiences)Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with a track record of driving agile excellence in product development teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with government regulations, compliance requirements, and procurement processes is a plus.
Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Product Manager) is desirable.
