The Challenges:

Providing oversight and operational support for the Ophthalmology department and Day Surgery Centre
Working with multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent clinical services and bring value to patients
Providing secretariat support to the departments (Taking and circulating of minutes, ensuring minutes agendas are followed through etc.)
Travelling between the main hospital and specialist centre. (Travelling expenses will be reimbursed.)

What it Takes:

Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience in project management, financial planning and budgeting, reporting and analysis
Proficient in English (Written and Spoken) as well as presentation skills
