Singapore Branch also serves as a regional office for bank's Asia & Oceania operations (excluding East Asia)Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible to monitor customers' maturity of transaction and daily requirement for loan and time depositPromote bank's product via tele-marketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and actively involves in department's campaign together with relationship managerBe able to work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure smooth operation and transactionsBe able to work in fast paced environment, understand customer's requirements in short period and present solutions that meet their needsMeticulous, excellent and clear communication in EnglishHas working track with loan funding systems can be an advantageJob RequirementsA Bachelor Degree with at least two years of customer service experience in financial institutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBasic understanding of Corporate Banking Products will be an advantageCompany information
