Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of stuffers and forklift drivers to operate the import/export container operations and meet the KPIs.

Manage the container traffic movements to ensure timely arrival and departure of containers respectively

Execute and supervise daily operations including manpower schedule planning and disciplinary matters

Co-ordinate and liaise with various departments on orders and requisitions

Resolve daily operational issues including implementing effective short / long term measures (SOPs / System) to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Implement / Review / Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) at work areas. Identify / Conduct / Review WSH Risk Assessment (RA) as and when required.

Maintain best practice operating standards and adhere to Food Safety Systems, including HACCP / ISO / HALAL implemented by the Company.
