- Efficiently handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records
- Play a pivotal role in the month-end and year-end closing processes for entities
- Review the GST register, prepare quarterly GST filing, and manage withholding income tax filing when required
- Provide projections of upcoming payments, monitor AR/AP turnovers, and support entities in cash flow management
- Review invoices and supporting documents, notifying the Cashier for timely payment processing
- Maintain the expense contract register, monitor expenses, and make accruals when necessary
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to enhance financial processes and systems
- Assist in external audits and tax reviews
- Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
- 3 years experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software - Oracle
- Detail-oriented
