    Description

    As the Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager and contributing to financial reporting, monthly closing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    Description

    • Efficiently handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records
    • Play a pivotal role in the month-end and year-end closing processes for entities
    • Review the GST register, prepare quarterly GST filing, and manage withholding income tax filing when required
    • Provide projections of upcoming payments, monitor AR/AP turnovers, and support entities in cash flow management
    • Review invoices and supporting documents, notifying the Cashier for timely payment processing
    • Maintain the expense contract register, monitor expenses, and make accruals when necessary
    • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to enhance financial processes and systems
    • Assist in external audits and tax reviews

    Profile

    • Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
    • 3 years experience in financial reporting and compliance
    • Proficiency in accounting software - Oracle
    • Detail-oriented
