We are looking for an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team in a leading beauty and wellness company.

As the Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving the success of our brand.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Drive a team of Consultants and therapists to optimize sales by upholding exceptional service and retail standards, ultimately achieving customer service and sales objectives.
Manage all aspects of refund and complaint cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Gather customer testimonials, feedback form, before and after photos.
Brainstorm marketing strategies to boost outlet sales figure.
Identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes to elevate the overall customer experience and service standard.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, a serviceoriented approach, active engagement, and effective handson management skills.

Requirements:

Minimum of 35 years of experience in the Beauty/Spa Industry, with a preferred background in a managerial role.
Highly motivated person who is salesdriven & result orientated.
Proven sales track record and the capability to meet sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service attitude.
Preferably someone who is able to communicate in English and Chinese language.

Pay:
$4, $10,000.00 per month
