• Identify and drive new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision makers Support key distributors and channels partner demand creations activities.

• Diploma / Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Background and practical experience in analog/power electronics required.
• Minimum 23 years R&D / Product Development and/or Field Applications engineering experience.
• Selfmotivated and dynamic team player required.
• Good communication skills. Good English & Chinese speaking and writing skill.
