    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    This position will be report to Vice President and performing renewable energy financing

    • Conduct analysis, identify and propose possible structured financing and/or potential renewable energy related projects in APAC, India and Oceania region from the information provided to the management
    • Conduct research and analysis on potential deals and markets in various aspects
    • Conduct due diligence
    • Prepare necessary materials for relevant parties
    • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders including headquarters in Japan
    • Propose and participate in networking events (focusing on renewable energy segment)

    Requirements

    • Min 3 years of structured finance deal origination and/or closing experience
    • Min 2 years of experience in analyzing cashflow model for projects
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • A team player and proactive
