About the Role:
Join one of the leading retail brands in fashion as a Client Advisor. You will play a pivotal role in conveying the brand's values, history, ambitions, and commitment to quality and creativity.

Your mission is to ensure that clients receive a unique and personalized experience through your passion for our products, deep knowledge of our collections, hospitality, and excellent service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results.
Welcome every client and provide premium customer service, offering expert product knowledge and guidance.
Strive to understand each client's needs thoroughly and guide them across the brand.
Build longterm relationships with clients, instilling confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services.
Proactively reach out to clients to meet individual and team goals.
Collaborate as a team player and contribute to the overall store objectives.
Continuously learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for brand products, services, and fashion.
Adaptability and a fast learning ability with a clientcentric mindset.
Professional attitude with a curious and empathetic mindset.
Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
Availability to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
