Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Knowledge on Infra Design/Architecture and IT infrastructure project management
Develop in house competence & knowledge transfer to IT team on Infrastructure methodologies & processes
Knowledge on Windows and Cloud Active directory/group policies/DNS/DHCP expertise, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, SCCM, Ms SQL and Microsoft Sentinel
Provide technical assistance and support on Firewall, Hypervisor and VMware
Knowledge on infrastructure security (Server hardening, CyberARK, Antivirus and SIEM)
Prioritize and resolve issues on networking switches/wireless controllers
Knowledge on Backup & DR such as Veritas/VEEAM/CA-Arcserve/EMC)
Work closely with IT infra team to ensure effective measurement, monitoring and administration with centralized delivery model while reducing dependence on external vendors and develop our own internal competence.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Job Requirement:

Degree or recognized equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/Technology or related field
5 years of experience in implementing, administering and support on-prem & Cloud infrastructure
Self-starter, good communication, engagement and facilitation with business stakeholders, vendor community
Must have good knowledge on Unified log management system (Azure Sentinel/SIEM etc.), IT infra Monitoring system and IT security management – Servers, Azure Cloud and End user computing.
