- Handle full spectrum of HR duties including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters
- Work with business units to provide advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents
- Lead and execute HR Operations to ensure all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations
- Manage daily HR operations and provide guidance on appropriate handling of HR matters
- Oversee the maintenance of HR Information System (HRIS) with the vendor to ensure system optimization
- Manage and solve any HRIS related issues
- Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery and employee experience
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where appropriate
- Ensure work processes are audit compliance
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
- Min 5 years of experience in HR generalist duties
- Experience in end-to-end payroll process preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership position is preferred
- Prior experience in reviewing HR process changes is advantageous
