Our client, one of Singapore's most established organisation in early childhood education is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as an HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters
• Work with business units to provide advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents
• Lead and execute HR Operations to ensure all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations
• Manage daily HR operations and provide guidance on appropriate handling of HR matters
• Oversee the maintenance of HR Information System (HRIS) with the vendor to ensure system optimization
• Manage and solve any HRIS related issues
• Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery and employee experience
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where appropriate
• Ensure work processes are audit compliance

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• Min 5 years of experience in HR generalist duties
• Experience in end-to-end payroll process preferred
• Prior experience in a leadership position is preferred
• Prior experience in reviewing HR process changes is advantageous
