    Roles & Responsibilities

    Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Media Executive / Senior Media Executive to support the Integrated Media team in media planning and campaign implementation across offline and online media platforms.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Planning

    • Assist Media Manager in developing media strategies and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals
    • Drive strategic and tactical innovation across offline and online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital and Mobile)
    • Build strong relationships and engage clients on day-to-day operations
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations

    Campaign implementation

    • Work with media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaign proposals
    • Book and active campaigns across offline and online media platforms
    • Digital ad operations, including review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
    • Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
    • Deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on media performance
    • Work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly, and in a timely manner

    Requirements for this role:

    • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
    • 1-3 years of working experience in marketing and communications functions; prior media experience will be a plus. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
    • Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Good with numbers
