Description

• Opening/closing of the clinic.
• Managing the front desk, including answering phone calls WhatsApp messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining appointment calendars.
• Collecting patient information and updating electronic health records.
• Coordinating patient flow, ensuring smooth checkin and checkout including assisting with billing processes
• Handling patient inquiries and providing general information about the clinic's services.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.

• Onjob training provided for parttime reception position.
• Students currently enrolled in related courses are welcome.
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are required.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Clinic hours: 8:45 am to 7:30 pm, _
• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. _
• Hourly rate for parttime positions._
