Liaison with Authority Clients Consultants M&E nominated / domestic subcontractors regarding all M&E design aspects Co-ordinate of M&E sub-contractors NSC regarding works progress standards of workmanship provision of adequate resources Check coordinate M&E shop drawing As-Built preparation submission Liaison RE/RTO regarding standards workmanship Liaison company's Purchaser requisition building material small tools equipment relating to M&E works Experience BIM/ VDC coordination added advantage Assist PM planning programming monitoring construction works progress accordance SWP adopted Plan prepare weekly M E work schedule reference monthly works schedule prepared by PM issued site staff subcontractors Prepare verify submission Project Operation Maintenance Manuals OMM/As-Built Drawing etc consultants Employer obtain T.O.P.Maintenance Certificate/Final Completion Certificate Assist ensure high workplace safety health environment standard
