Description
Attending to phone and walk-in customer inquiries at the Information Counter- Assisting in the shopping mall promotional activities such as gift redemption, gift vouchers, events, membership, etc.
- Handling all other related administrative work as required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' level
- Related experience preferably in the customer service industry
- Customeroriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Being able to handle Mandarinspeaking customers is an added advantage
- Able to commit to work on weekends and public holidays
- Mature personality and able to work well under pressure
