Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage commercial and condominiums.
- Carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building works and M & E works including airconditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system
- Supervision of term contractors in repair and testing of M & E services
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works
