Customer Service Support - Singapore - OMRON HEALTHCARE SINGAPORE PTE LTD
Description
The Customer Service Support will handle inbound calls focusing on first contact resolution while ensuring high customer service quality.Training will be provided, with FAQ and knowledge sharing.
Work from Home arrangement from 2nd month onwards, after 4 weeks of working in office (for training).
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Call callers through simple troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
- Ensure that 90% of calls are answered, and resolved with first interaction.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma
- Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage to facilitate communication between Mandarinspeaking customers.
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS office suite
- Travelling Requirements: As required
