Description
Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career path and consultation with function heads.
- Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to develop/create individualized and group training programs/ curriculum that address specific business needs to meet organization goals and improve performance.
- Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review the progress regularly.
- Organize and conduct company induction program for new hires.
- Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion and training evaluation feedback.
- Keep track of mandatory training and refresher courses
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities including awards, and monthly events.
- Deliver timely and effective employee engagement activities based on calendar of events and review regularly.
- Assist in interactive internal communication to enhance employee engagement participation level.
- Other adhoc projects & tasks as assigned.
