THE CLIENT is a leader in the mobile and industrial fluid power industries with components that is commonly used in the construction & mining, oil & gas and marine, agricultural, discrete manufacturing and processing industries.

The function supports the quote-to-cash process in responding to customer enquiry and claims.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Handles the quote-to-cash processes
  • Manage customer complaints and coordinate closely with respective departments to ensure all complaints are resolved promptly
  • To manage abnormal trends and bottlenecks through analysis of aging and shipment orders in ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • To perform good customer relationship management through visiting and/or attend meeting of customers and business associates, gathering feedback, execute corrective/preventive action plans to improve in service level
  • To perform item master creation in ensuring accurate product information are entered into system and made available work execution

Education, Working Experience and Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher education in business administration or equivalent
  • Relevant years of industry experience
  • Good understanding customer relationship management
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hydraulics and connectors product knowledge is preferred
  • Fluent in English reading, writing & speaking
  • Ability to work as a team or working independently under pressure and can work in cross culture, multiple diverse nationalities in matrix communications environment
  • Knowledge of MFGpro and/or SAP will be an added advantage.
