Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain clients within the IT sector.
Utilize funnel marketing techniques to optimize lead generation and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and AI to inform strategy development.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our IT solutions and thought leadership.
Support sales teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to facilitate client engagement and conversions.
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials.
Act as a brand ambassador for Asure Group, representing our values and solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of funnel marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of driving lead generation and conversion.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
Techsavvy individual with a genuine interest in technology and AI advancements.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with AI technologies or IT solutions.
Certifications in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or related fields.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks.

Working Period:
Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
