    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.

    Operations Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to fulfill customer orders.
    • Manage inventory levels and replenishment to meet demand forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
    • Optimize processes and workflows to streamline operations and reduce costs.

    Customer Service:

    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and other analytical insights for management review.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business objectives.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English
    • Reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

    Job Requirement

    • 5 days work week (9am to 6pm)
