We are looking for a Process Technicianto join our Singapore Tuas manufacturing facility to be the foundation of a high performing organization and oversee the production of diaper pants and baby wipes.
Reporting to the Lead Process Technician, you will play a pivotal role in operating the machines effectively while ensuring business objectives such as safety compliance, quality standards, and productivity KPIs are met. You will be involved in the entire chain of operations including loading and unloading of raw materials, processing data and maintenance of machinery. In addition, you will be collaborating closely with your team members as well as colleagues from other teams (i.e. Quality, Engineering, Logistics etc). The Process Technician role is important to ensure our mill is operating in the most efficient manner and producing consistent high-quality products for our consumers around the globe.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operations
· Ensure all standards of operating procedures and checklist are accomplished
· Conduct periodic checks on machines and ensuring all process data are documented
· Ensure consistency in output and productivity KPIs are met
Maintenance
· Perform autonomous maintenance of machinery effectively and efficiently
· Trouble-shoot any machine-related issues by repairing or using replacement parts
· Communicate any problematic areas to the Lead Process Technician / Team leader and ask for additional support when necessary
Quality
· Ensure conformance to product specifications and quality standards are followed in the manufacturing process
· Ensure quality defects are identified and rectified immediately
· Minimize machine and packaging waste
Safety
· Adopt safety practices that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines
· Achieve business objectives through establishing and following safe workplace practices consistent with K-C guidelines
· Maintain housekeeping in line with bench marking standards

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Minimum GCE "O" Level / NITEC or Higher NITEC / National Trade Certificate holder
· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
· Open to fresh graduates as we have a structured in-house training program
· Candidate must be able to perform day/night shift work
