Supcon Technology Singapore Pte Ltd, the leading Industrial Automation company in China, is expanding its business overseas and seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Manager to help us establish a strong market reputation beyond China's borders.

As the


Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our international growth and elevating our brand presence on the global stage.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing tools and documents are up to international standards, reflecting our commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

International Market Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance Supcon's reputation and visibility in international markets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions.

Create sub-segment strategies based on market insights and business intelligence to drive targeted growth.


Brand Building and Communication:
Build and strengthen the Supcon brand identity across various international platforms and media channels.

Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to support sales goals and drive brand awareness.

Lead the development and execution of marketing communications, including industrial conferences, customer seminars, and other relevant events.


Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external platforms to explore new business models and collaborations.

Engage in 3rd party collaborations to enhance Supcon's market reputation and influence globally.


Marketing Material Standardization:
Review and improve all marketing tools and documents to align with international standards.

Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and quality across all marketing collateral.


Performance Measurement and Analysis:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
