Senior Manager - APAC Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer
The Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO) seeks to enhance the regional management of ethics and compliance (E&C) exposures and obligations.
While centralized, DXC's Ethics & Compliance Program (Program) features multiple regional cohorts tasked with the execution of Program activities within region.
The APAC Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer will report directly to the CECO, while working closely with regional business leaders to 1) mange the Program activities within APAC, 2) better integrate E&C into core business operations, and 3) cultivate a culture of integrity.Related activities include:

Governance: Establish and the lead the required E&C governing bodies within region (e.g., E&C Champion Network, E&C APAC Council, etc.)

Program Strategy:Contribute to development and updating of the annual E&C plan, including the input of any required regional nuances; communicates with other regional E&C Officers to reduce overlapping efforts and ensure consistent, standard approaches to various Program activities

Policies & Communications:Lead regional adaptations and implementation of E&C policies and communications; advise on the initial development of relevant E&C policies and communications

Compliance Risk Assessment: Support the assessment of E&C risks in region, and provide advisement and oversight of any required remediation

Monitor:Assist in the identification and establishment of relevant E&C key risk indicators and the monitoring of regulatory changes within region

Training: Lead regional E&C trainings; track and mange required E&C training completion in region

Case Management: Support and oversee E&C investigations and helpline activity in region, and monitor corrective actions

Reporting: Develop and present regional E&C reporting materials to CECO, business leaders, and others as appropriate; support global E&C reporting by providing the required regional data

Leadership: Direct, oversee, and maintain standard of excellence set by senior compliance and ethics leaders; provide leadership and direction to staff; serve as a champion of company global ethics and compliance objectives
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Twelve or more years of government legal or regulatory compliance experience
- Eight or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included
- Experience working with past and present company business environment
- Experience working with largescale, global programs across differing regions, business units and jurisdictions
- Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibility
