Job Description & Requirements

• Able to supervise and coordinate all subcon for structural clearance, handing over, architecture works supervision, checklist/inspection/ follow up clearance
• Understand Architecture/ Structural drawings and details to follow up on site/technical issue, coordination, supervision and inspection
• Work closely with PM and team to ensure site preparation, logistic support, material supply, work schedule and work progress
• Check and comply QA/QC standard and meeting CONQUAS & Authority's requirements

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience as Architectural coordinator / Supervisor role
• Basic Knowledge to cope with email/autocad/PDF and MS word
• Positive and Hardworking
• Able to communicate and colloborate effectively
