Responsibilities:

Analyse and process data to create visual representations such as graphs, charts, and tables for presentation and reports to stakeholders and for regular meetings, site townhalls and project discussion
Maintain and update scorecards, internal reports, performance trackers, external submissions and perform various analysis (including timemotion studies, costbenefit comparisons, simulations, SKU movement assessments, etc.) to offer recommendations and evaluations for different projects, such as expansions, efficiency enhancements, and costsaving measures
Actively collaborate with the country's Accelerated Digitalisation (AD) and Solutions Design (SD) functions to assess opportunities and examining operational data to identify opportunities for accelerating digitalisation
Work together with operations to enhance opportunity identification, expedite site assessments, and resolve implementation issues
Take the lead on vendor interactions related to AD opportunities, which may include conducting site evaluations or trials
Support AD initiatives aimed at process improvement, and document the implementation to conduct postimplementation reviews
Familiarize oneself with resource planning, including headcount, equipment, and workload, to support operational requirements
Act as the safety lead for operations and ensure working conditions and environment at warehouse comply to safety regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor degree of relevant domain of knowledge
23 years of experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, especially operational and business improvement projects that are crossfunctional
Good influencing and communication skills
Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) such as SAP and JDA is preferred
Knowledge of warehouse operations would be a plus
