Main Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the nurses in the delivery of nursing care in the wards and helps to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for them
  • Execute ADL tasks eg feeding, showering, transferring, pottering of residents in the ward
  • Take on responsibility of ward safety and cleanliness in wards
  • Assist in therapy and Social activities with Therapy and Volunteer teams
  • Support Volunteers coming to do activities with residents
  • Perform simple assessments of resident's well being and clinical status (vital signs measurements) under supervision of Nurses and MSW/ Care coordinators
  • Help Care coordinators to manage the residents' activity calendar
  • Attend to needs of the residents. Ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the residents and reports residents' need to the nurse
  • Ensure the comfort and good personal hygiene of the residents
  • Accompany residents for their outing trips

Main Requirements

  • No night shift. 5 day work week (Mon to Fri)
  • Certificate in basic nursing care is advantageous
