Roles & Responsibilities

The Global Marketing and Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and optimizing operational processes to drive business growth and increase efficiencies. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with teams across different regions to achieve company objectives.

Duration: 12 months contract

Office hours, Monday – Friday

Salary up to $6,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and compliant execution of Global Marketing Science initiatives and operations, overseeing tasks such as contract management and processing payments, in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and business trips.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Manage global operations and logistics to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
• Assist with budget management and reporting of expenses.
• Coordinate with international partners and vendors to support global marketing efforts
• Manage complex calendar
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Plan and execute team offsites and strategic planning sessions.

Job requirement

• 5+ years experience in marketing and project coordination role.
• Possess great organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Has managed billing or procurement processes
• Any experience working across organizations that focus on measurement or research is a plus
