Our client is a global player with an international presence.

It is looking for 2 Talent Acquisition execs-one to be based at its Tuas yard and another one at its Admiralty yard in Singapore.

As a TA, you will perform the following functions for the recruitment of both blue collar and white collar professionals for the company (whose global HQ is in Singapore)


Key functions:

  • Design and implement fullcycle recruiting process
  • Prepare and advertise jobs at appropriate employment advertising portals
  • Review salary proposals for the positions offered through various benchmarking methods and escalating them to senior team members for their approval
  • Make salary offers and engage in salary negotiations
  • Follow through with the preemployment process such as contract signing and onboarding preparations
  • Corporate presentation and career talks at campuses and public events
  • Manage manpower supply agency and handle the full cycle of foreign worker recruitment
  • Maintain relationship with key suppliers and third party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g. search firms, recruitment agencies, business schools, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or any other relevant disciplines

Minimum 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience or any other HR functions. In house TA exp is preferred but this is not a must

  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structure, competency or behavioral based, etc.)
  • Experience with various screening processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication, good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Able to give public speaking in career and scholarship talks to different audience

Willing to travel overseas to India and Bangladesh for foreign worker recruitment whenever required (can be around once every 3 to 4 months or so)

- **Open to being based in the Tuas yard or Admiralty yard

Open to the official work hours: Mon to Thurs: 7.30am to 5.15pm; Fri: 7.30am to 4.15pm and the requirement to work some long hours when required. The co provides bus pick services island wide (incl pick ups at MRT stations).
