    Roles & Responsibilities

    Reporting: Principal

    Purpose of the position

    This is a senior position within the Business Development and Marketing Department, providing marketing and administrative services to recruit students and corporate clients.

    Responsibilities & duties

    1. Business Development and Marketing

    · Maintain good relations with education agents and corporate clients and develop new ones.

    · This includes visiting in their market territory and appearing in their promotional drives .

    · Recruit students through agents, corporate clients, referrals and direct enquiries

    · Providing information to prospective students, guiding the min choosing the suitable program and advising of their progression opportunities

    · Look out for new trends in education industry and for proven marketing strategies to make recommendations to the Business Development and Marketing Manager.

    · Assist to monitor and update website, social media accounts and promotional materials to ensure accuracy of information.

    · Handle all collaborative work and /or partnership with overseas institution and events .

    2. Receivables

    · Advice students of payments due

    · Provide accurate information to Accounts of payments made by the students.

    · Update of Receivables and Collection records

    · Advise of students' request for airport pick -up and accommodation arrangement when arriving in Singapore for the first time

    · Counsel students and sits in for counselling session with students as witness and to translate

    · Inform the relevant Manager of student's intention for action.

    · Assist Manager in conducting orientation

    3. Additional Duties

    · Data entry and analysis Stand in for Reception duties if needed.

    · Any other duties as assigned by Management Team

    4. Qualification

    · GCE O level or Diploma in any discipline/GCE A level or Diploma in Sales and Marketing

    · Able to create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules

    · Ability to strategize and distribute engaging written, graphics and video content

    • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various team members and external partners

    · Computer literate in Microsoft office, and Web design

    · Some sales and marketing experience of WSQ courses

    · Minimum two years in sales and marketing of education services

    · Experience in data entry and analysis

    · Have an excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
