- Analyze and handle Motor insurance claims within turnaround time
- Adopt proactive approach to evaluate and negotiate the resolution of claims, while mitigating damages to achieve cost-effective claim outcomes
- Obtain reserving, settlement and payment authority in accordance with authority level
- Resolve claims settlement disputes using various mechanism such as arbitration and mediation
- Manage appeal process for rejected claims
- Detect potential fraudulent claims
- Manage customer communications on claims matter
- Conduct regular files review and reserve monitoring
- Exercise good claims management to achieve target claims result
- At least Diploma and above
- Possess BCP, PGI, ComGI
- At least 1 year of relevant claims assessment experience
- At least 5 years of relevant claims assessment experience (for Senior position).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team Player
- Good communication, problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills
