    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare quotations, correspondences letter and faxes;
    • Control and issue purchase requisition and purchase order;
    • Prepare shipments documents and permits;
    • Prepare and consolidate reports from terminals fortnightly;
    • Update & tabulating daily sales and inventory reports (incoming material record, declared GST record, update price list of customer, sub-con and etc);
    • Liaise with finance and supplier on payment;
    • Liaise with HR and handle all workers' related matters;
    • Handle all filing matters of operation departments;
    • Handle incoming calls and enquiries;
    • General administration duties;
    • Check timesheet for workers;
    • Prepare namelist submission;
    • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your Superior/management deem fit.

    Requirements

    • Minimum GCE N / O Level or equivalent
    • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant internship
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
    • Knowledge of sales and operational processes in desirable
    • Ability to work well within a team and individually
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
