- Prepare quotations, correspondences letter and faxes;
- Control and issue purchase requisition and purchase order;
- Prepare shipments documents and permits;
- Prepare and consolidate reports from terminals fortnightly;
- Update & tabulating daily sales and inventory reports (incoming material record, declared GST record, update price list of customer, sub-con and etc);
- Liaise with finance and supplier on payment;
- Liaise with HR and handle all workers' related matters;
- Handle all filing matters of operation departments;
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries;
- General administration duties;
- Check timesheet for workers;
- Prepare namelist submission;
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your Superior/management deem fit.
- Minimum GCE N / O Level or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant internship
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of sales and operational processes in desirable
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
