**Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Directors or any of your Superior as assigned by the

Company, your duties & responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
**Compliance and Human Resources Job Scope
1.1 Annual review of Compliance Manual and making sure all staff have been updated of

new changes and ensuring all operations have been acted in accordingly;

1.2 Periodic review of Risk Management Framework, EWRA, Outsourcing Register and Risk

& Materiality Framework;

1.3 Upkeeping of HR handbook and Staff Policy;

1.4 Documentation of MAS circulars and keeping everyone informed;

1.5 Liaising with Compliance vendor of all business related to Starlight Asset Management

(changes, updates, and amendments);

1.6 Working with Operations team on overall compliance and due diligence matters of

investors;

1.7 All compliance work pertaining to the business operations of Starlight Asset

Management;

1.8 Any other tasks and activities essential to the upkeep and operations of the Company.

1.9 Leave Tracking, Medical Leave Recording

2.0 Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

2.1 Handling employee compensation and benefits

2.2 Offering employee job/career development.

2.3 Addressing work-related issues of individual employees.

2.4 Developing policies that is suitable for SAM working environment company-wide.
