    We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Asian Wealth Business Performance and Implementation Analyst.

    Principal Responsibilities

  • Support the co-ordinating across the ASP region and related markets to define AOP, key performance metric targets Scorecards and business performance reporting
  • Support AOP and performance targets including key performance metrics including revenue, NNIA, wealth penetration, customer acquisition, product diversification
  • Support for the design and implementation of key initiatives to help drive performance, sharing best practice across markets
  • Supports the development/ articulation of ASP and Group Strategic objectives & priorities
  • Provides support to ensure adoption and interlock with ASP markets of approach and plan for the execution of the key initiatives to drive overall business performance
  • Support the development of Retail Wealth Strategy and related execution in Asia Markets with alignment and leverage of the overall Asia Wealth Strategy , along with oversight and monitoring of commercialization and KPIs
  • Support for collating and managing effective Wealth Business Performance reporting across respective markets and reporting to senior management in a timely manner
  • Provide input and support andfacilitate Annual Operating Plan discussions across markets, in line with strategic objectives, and act as a referral point and manage the implementation of new capabilities of Wealth proposition with focus on service standards, wealth customer growth and financial performance
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in wealth management, proposition development, strategy consulting and/or analytics with exposure to strategy development, proposition formation, product development, commercial management across specific traditional and/or digital financial product categories and customer segments
  • Good understanding of HSBC's wealth eco-system, business and system architecture is preferred
  • Insights on competitive and innovation landscape in Retail Wealth industry globally and Asia specifically
  • Retail banking experience, familiarity with large bank environment
  • Experience of data & analytics and their application in multi-channel CRM programmes
  • Experience with multi-geography team/product/ management of wealth clients or products
  • Experience delivering products and/or proposition features, digital solutions to market and delivering commercial results and customer outcomes in line with plan
  • Knowledge of WPB business drivers, sales and financial planning process, products and solutions, digital enablers would be preferred
  • Well developed, proven project management skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, understand product economics and experience in organizational and project managements
  • Highly effective communicators with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to work within a multi-jurisdictional and high velocity team with the direct manager in a different market
