    Welcome to E-Megavan by Evermega EV Pte Ltd. We are an Electric Vehicle Dealership specializing in Electric Commercial Vehicles.The Business Development Executive role focuses on generating new business, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth for the company. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

    Basic $1,200 + High Commission
    4 units & above to achieve 5 figures salary

    Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the company's products or services.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach.

    Market Analysis:
    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.

    Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
    Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
    Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring a win-win scenario for both the company and the client.

    Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
    Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
    Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and enhance overall business performance.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a relevant industry.
    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
