    Description

    We are seeking individuals with a robust entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset to join our client. Possessing a thorough understanding of both public and private market products, you will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to deliver tailored products and bolster brand proposition.

    This is a newly created mandate based in Singapore. The successful candidate will conduct client-facing meetings, provide portfolio updates, and drive revenue growth by fostering relationships with institutional and family office clients based in Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers increased visibility into the firm's strategic direction.

    Responisbilities

    • Collaborate with the CEO and senior members of the business development team to craft and execute sales strategies, identifying opportunities and nurturing strategic partnerships in Singapore and other regions.
    • Cultivate business prospects within family offices and among ultra-high net worth individuals to bolster assets under management (AUM) and revenue growth.
    • Contribute to the development and positioning of new products, liaising with senior management, business development, and investment teams to align offerings with client needs.
    • Enhance brand visibility by engaging with investors at investment conferences and seminars.
    • Spearhead internal and external coordination of the sales process to ensure client needs are addressed and surpassed.
    • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation of current and potential investors.

    Requirement

    • The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in analogous roles.
    • Demonstrated success in a comparable capacity within a fund management or financial services organization, with a robust network and expertise in serving family offices, ultra-high net worth individuals, or institutional clients.
    • Extensive understanding of investment strategies, products in both public and private markets, as well as pertinent regulatory and compliance frameworks.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Solutions-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial outlook and dedication to fostering business expansion.
    • Team-oriented mindset coupled with self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a hands-on approach to tasks.
