- Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
- Handle customer calls and emails enquiry, include basic technical advice.
- Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
- Coordination with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .
- Good verbal and written communication/coordination with internal and external customer
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- NITEC/Diploma in Business or Engineering
- Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
