    Customer Service Coordinator/Executive

    Our Singapore Service team is always on the lookout for talents and help you reach your best potential

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
    • Handle customer calls and emails enquiry, include basic technical advice.
    • Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
    • Coordination with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .

    Key Competencies:

    • Good verbal and written communication/coordination with internal and external customer
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office

    Qualification:

    • NITEC/Diploma in Business or Engineering
    • Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
