    Description

    Job Description:

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the logistics department.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes are integrated and work together seamlessly.
    • Hire, train, and manage personnel, including drivers, logistics planner, and ground staffs.
    • Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure the execution of operations to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations and transportation regulations.
    • Develop and manage budgets for the logistics department and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
    • Work with customers to ensure that all logistics requirements are met and to resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure that the company remains Competitive.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management.
    • Proven track record of managing a team and delivering results.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with logistics technology.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
