**FirstCapitalAsia seeks a Deal Advisory Senior Associate with the following primary responsibilities:Working on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising deals in all stages of execution
Providing Valuation services to clients
Producing and analysing financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts
Supporting business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals, market research, industry & company profiles
**Building and maintaining client relationships before, during and after engagements
Having knowledge and experience in one or some of the following will be important:
Financial Modelling
Exit Planning
Startup Advisory
**Business Valuation
- A degree and background in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Investment.**
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Results-oriented, analytical, committed, reliable, a team player and able to work under pressure.
- Resourceful with high levels of mental to achieve timely completion of assignments.
- Ability to appreciate macro-economic trends.
