Job Summary
The Ong Shunmugam Sales Associate / Retail Associate will strive to provide an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for every client by delivering excellent customer service, management and communication.
This key position includes working with Design, Production and Strategy teams to ensure the successful retailing of every project/collection that hit sales targets and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication to each client
- Aim to exceed all sales targets and maintain a strong client base
- Maintain compliance with Flagship Standard Operating Procedures
- Effective management of Flagship inventory
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion retail
- Pleasant disposition and passionate about service
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Efficient, organised and proactive
