_Job Responsibilities:
_


  • Provide administrative and Sales support to sales team
  • Assist sales team with Sales quotations, Sales order/confirmation etc.
  • Attend to customer on spare parts enquiry and purchase.
  • Manage inventory, update inventory position, assist annual stock take.
  • Attend to phone calls.
  • Coordinate courier, freight forwarding and local deliveries.
  • Assist sales team to perform product demonstration.
  • Attend to events/exhibitions as and when required.
  • Other adhoc administrative duties assigned from time to time.

_Job Requirements:
_


  • Good proficiency in Microsoft office and administrative work
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Hardworking, wellorganized, detailoriented and good team player.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of Sales or Admin experience.
  • Product training will be provided.
