Job summary
This QAQC Executive role ensures unitized material food safety quality and hygiene comply with statutory company requirements leads food safety management system certification factory licence audit manages customer queries QC lab tech scheduling workforce utilization drives process improvement conducts regular audits establishes new ingredients end products GHS SDS participates continuous improvement project leads food safety risk BCP implementation.
- Ensure Unitized material (UM) food safety quality and hygiene are in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- As Food Safety Team Leader to lead food safety management system certification (ISO22K) and factory licence audit This included HACCP study completion change management review to ensure food safety and quality documentation adequacy.
- As Halal coordinator to ensure compliance with Muis regulations.
