- Knowledge management – oversee and manage the martech/media analysis/social listening tools and processes necessary to drive research, strategy and analysis.
- Understand the various research tools available and actively use them to offer insights for better, more data-driven work.
- Assist project teams in conducting research and analysing data on industry, market, media, cultural, competitor and audience trends to identify gaps and opportunities for client projects/campaigns.
- Unearth insights and learn how insights are turned into strategic direction.
- Assist project teams in general research work and tools onboarding/training.
- Support in crafting inspiration stimuli such as case studies, analogies and other campaigns to prompt new ideas and thinking.
- Open to learning new tools and research sources.
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or any related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills; experience working with data is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Optional but good to have: Knowledge of martech/media analysis/social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Newswhip, Emplifi, GWI or other similar platforms.
