  • Conducting food safety and quality audits of catering operations on board vessels
  • Performing assessments of catering suppliers and logistics to ensure compliance with standards
  • Evaluating food safety and quality control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Providing recommendations for improvements and corrective actions based on audit findings
  • Maintaining accurate records of audits and assessments
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
  • Participating in training and development programs to stay current on food safety and quality standards

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Marpol Guidelines + Hygiene legislation knowledge + HSE
  • Computer Literacy
  • Min of 2 years of general working experience
  • Flexible Mindset and Working Attitude
  • Willing to Travel Ad HOC and Work in the evenings and Weekends when required
