Responsibilities:


  • Responsible in invoicing related work. Ensure prompt to perform billing activities in the billing system to meet all billing timeline in an accurate manner.
  • Ensure all billing activities are well coordinated to meet customers' requirement.
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers on time.
  • Preparation of sales report.
  • Responsible in handling financial accounting (Month end closing summary report, Monthly GM report, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports for the division).
  • Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
  • Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Assist in finance documents presentation (PowerPoint).
  • Liaise with accounts on finance matters.
  • Liaise with external vendor for billing related issues.
  • Assist with yearend audit preparation and procedures.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
:


  • At least 2 years of experience in billing related functions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain is an added advantage.
  • Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage billing independently.
  • Meticulous and good in problemsolving.
  • Good in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, accounting system.
  • Ensure finance task to be completed on schedule.
  • Able to cope with stress during busy financial period.
