- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth and revenue.
- Ideate and create compelling content for a variety of mediums, including social media, email marketing, website copy, and advertising campaigns.
- Upkeep the company's brand identity, including visual design, messaging, and positioning.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve ROI and/or ROAS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Manage external stakeholders (such as PR/Digital Marketing agencies) to ensure outsourced marketing projects are executed as per brief on a timely basis.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company's marketing strategy.
- Perform ad-hoc marketing tasks including but not limited to execution of photo shoots, design and production of marketing collaterals (e.g. POS materials) in accordance with brand guide, support on-site social media coverage for events, photography/videography for events, product shoots and etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5 years prior experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English (Japanese is a Bonus)
- Experience with data analysis and a data-driven approach to marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation and workflows in Hubspot CRM
- Experience in basic graphic design/video editing (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Experience in performance marketing (Bonus)
- Experience with photography/videography (Bonus)
